Terms of service
These terms describe the agreement between OurRidge and the association or management company that subscribes. They are written in plain language on purpose.

The service
OurRidge provides accounting, billing, and a resident portal for community associations. The subscribing organization is responsible for the accuracy of the information it enters and for who it gives access to.
Trial and billing
A new community is free for 90 days from the day it is created. No charge is made during that period, and the full product is available: accounting, billing, statements, and the resident portal.
On day 91 the subscription begins automatically:
- $2.50 per declared unit per month, with a $49 monthly minimum per community
- Charged monthly to the card on file until cancelled
- 10% discount from ten communities onward
- No implementation, onboarding, or setup fee
One 15-day extension is available on request through support. It is applied as a credit against the first invoice, not as a change to the trial date, so the billing date stays predictable.
Cancellation. A subscription may be cancelled at any time from the account settings or by writing to support. The account becomes read-only at the end of the paid period. Nothing is charged after cancellation.
Refunds. The first charge is refunded in full if requested within 14 days of the charge. Later charges are refunded only where OurRidge failed to provide the service.
Inactive accounts. A community that has not been used after the trial may be deactivated. Deactivation means read-only access: the data remains available for export, and the account is restored on request without repeating setup.
Payment processing for assessments is not included. OurRidge does not take a percentage of an association's assessments, and where card or bank collection is added later it will be priced separately and disclosed in advance.
The association's data
The data belongs to the association. We hold it to run the service and will export it in full on request. If a subscription ends, the association may export its data during a stated window after which we may delete it, except where we are required to keep financial records.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the portal to harass, threaten, or publish another person's private information.
- Do not attempt to reach another community's data or bypass an access control.
- Do not use the service to send unsolicited commercial email.
Availability and changes
The service is in an early pilot phase and is improved frequently. We will tell account holders about changes that affect how their books are recorded before we make them. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
