Pricing

One plan, priced per unit

No modules to buy, no implementation fee, and no percentage taken from your assessments. A community pays a per-unit rate, with a published minimum so a five-unit association still gets the same product.

The model

  • $2.50 per unit per month
  • $49 per community per month minimum
  • 10% off from ten communities
  • No implementation or onboarding fee
  • Billed to the association, not per resident or per board member

Every feature is included: accounting, billing, statements, the board packet, and the resident portal. There is nothing to upgrade to later.

What a community actually pays

Per-unit pricing hides a detail at small sizes, so here is the whole table rather than a headline rate. The minimum is what makes a five-unit community viable; it is stated openly rather than discovered on an invoice.

UnitsPer monthPer unit
5$49$9.80
20$50$2.50
50$125$2.50
100$250$2.50
200$500$2.50
500$1,250$2.50

From ten communities, take 10% off the monthly total. A management company running a hundred communities pays the same per-unit rate as a self-managed board.

How this compares

Accounting-grade association software usually carries a monthly minimum well above ours: entry-level plans from the larger vendors start around $300 and can reach $500, which at small associations works out to several dollars per door. Systems that are mainly payment portals are cheaper than us at small sizes and do far less on the books.

We would rather be compared to the accounting products, because that is what we are, and we would rather show the effective rate at your size than a per-unit number that only holds above a few hundred doors.

How the trial works

A new community is free for 90 days from the day it is created — the whole product, not a limited version. A card is taken at signup to verify the organization and to stop automated signups; it is not charged until day 91.

  • Day 1-90: no charge, full access, setup and live use
  • Day 91: the subscription starts at the rate above
  • Need longer? One 15-day extension, applied as a credit, on request
  • Change your mind? The first charge is refunded in full within 14 days
  • Never used it? The account is deactivated rather than billed, and data stays exportable

The full detail, including cancellation and refunds, is in the terms.

What is not included

Card and bank payment processing is not built yet. When it ships it will be priced separately and disclosed up front; OurRidge will not take a percentage of an association's assessments as a condition of collecting them.

Ask about your community or see what the accounting covers.
